Okanogan County Amateur Radio Club will gather May 19

PATEROS – Ham radio enthusiasts will gather for a campout and potluck, complete with entertainment, on Saturday, May 19, near the confluence of the Columbia and Methow rivers.
The 19th Annual River Ham Radio Campout/Potluck will convene a half mile north of the mouth of the Methow on the right side of State Route 153.  The Tailgate HamFest will flip the switch at 8 a.m. with a sale of new and used radio gear and electronics. Everyone is welcome and there is no charge to set up and sell at the sale.
Participants are invited to bring a dish – along with their own utensils and chairs -  for the 1 p.m. potluck.
Singer/songwriter Brittany Jean will provide the entertainment when the music starts at 3 p.m.
